Manual experience is required to set the corresponding parameters for coal washing and processing to achieve higher cleaned coal output, enhance economic benefits, and reduce waste. The current parameter settings rely on manual experience, making it difficult to achieve stable increases in cleaned coal output. Additionally, manual experience is hard to pass on, and when employees resign or retire, related experience may be lost.
The Pangu Large model predicts the relevant manual adjustment parameters needed for coal washing and processing. By combining optimization methods, it can achieve real-time dynamic parameter adjustments. Verified results show that the predictive model’s parameters have achieved a 0.2% increase in cleaned coal output, replacing manual adjustments.
